What type of tile and grout do you clean and renew?

We sanitize and refresh any type of tile: porcelain, ceramic, cement, glass, and natural stones and all grouts: cementitious (sanded and non-sanded), resin, epoxy, and single component (urethane or other).

Can I choose my required services, or do I need to book the sanitization, colour, seal and silicone together?

We offer a stand-alone silicone removal and replacement service. For tile cleaning, the sanitization, seal, and silicone are all done together as a package service.

How long does the renew treatment last? Will I need to rebook in future?

When taken care of properly, the new grout treatment can last many years. We have existing clients who have well over 6 years of use on their renewed tile and grout, which still looks great.
Silicone should be replaced every 5 years, but it can depend on the assembly and care it receives, it may be sooner or much longer. We have seen existing clients who have gotten 10 years plus from their silicone, which still looks good and performs well.

What type of cleaning products do you use? Should I be concerned about toxins?

We use a variety of cleaning products that range from acidic to very alkaline depending on what kind of material has penetrated the area we are cleaning. We run Hepa air scrubbers to clean the air while we are working, which minimizes any experience you may have.

How does the service work, what do you do?

We arrive at your home, protect metal surfaces in the areas we are working on, and then start the cleaning and sanitization. After some drying time, we recolour and reseal the grout and apply new silicone.

How long does it take?

The process takes 1-2 days depending on how much moisture/water is in your tile and grout when we arrive.

Do I need to be home?

You do not need to be home. We can coordinate access through your building concierge or lock box.

How long before we can use the sanitized area?

The process needs 2-3 hours to dry before light foot traffic is allowed and 24 hours after before tiles and grout can be exposed to water.
